“I approached John a few months ago . We discussed my background and overall goals and since then he has been  really helpful in a number of areas such as identifying what I should prioritise and putting  together and and executing a plan. We covered a number of topics : from reviewing headshots to  improving my showreel, to approaching the  casting directors, (and which ones ) ,  tweaking my Spotlight and IMDB profiles and generally sharing a  lot of his industry knowledge and experience. From a skills perspective he has helped me identify my strengths and "selling points"  but also encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone.  He is very approachable and able to deliver the guidance that I need in a tactful yet clear and effective way. He is also very responsive and generous with his time and advice . I can say without a doubt his coaching sessions have already had a significant impact on my development as an actor .  Finally, I will just add I find working with John really enjoyable and we have managed to have some great laughs together whilst still taking care of the task in hand
